It is recognised that the Client may have their own requirements for the format of deliverables, which can be simplistically accommodated, although irrespective of the design approach it shall be taken as read that cost effectiveness, safety, operability, maintainability and reliability are incorporated within all aspects of our services.   

SURVEYING SERVICES

We recognise the criticality of experienced surveyors delivering the requisite information for delivery of an effective design process and as such we employ various survey techniques including:-

   Structure and platform gauging

TECHNICAL SERVICES

In order to provide on-going support to projects we supply skilled engineering staff, to construction organisations, who are conversant in both the design and implementation processes for the following:-

   CWR Stressing (Levels 1, 2 & 3)

CLEARANCE ANALYSIS

We value the significance of comprehensive clearance analysis being provided as an integral part of the design process.

ASSET CONDITION MANAGEMENT

We undertake asset condition management for track, electrification and plant related aspects including:-

   Preparation and control of asset management plans

   Track, electrification and plant condition examinations for renewals and enhancements
